Kenya: Give Amnesty to End Graft Cases - Githongo

Nairobi — People accused of corruption should be offered amnesty, former Ethics chief John Githongo said on Wednesday.

However, amnesty can only come with full confession and voluntary surrender of stolen wealth, he said.
