Sierra Leone: 'Paedophile' Rapes Girl Three

Freetown — A middle-aged man, said to be a paedophile after he allegedly raped a 3-year-old at Ashobi Corner, is presently standing trial before Magistrate Carew of Court No.7 in Freetown.

Mother of the victim Isatu Kamara told the court that at around 10pm on Tuesday August 20, she was in her bedroom when she heard a serious argument going on outside between the accused and some other boys.

She said she came outside and found out that her daughter has been deflowered with blood stain on her clothes.

"I immediately called my husband and told him what had happened. We then took the accused to the Ross Road police station for further investigations," she said.

The accused has been released on a Le 4 million bail.

That fool need to be deal with drastically according to the Sierra Leone law. Be aware that those are our future generations; and be aware that the greatest resources of all is the people. Therefore, if the people of Sierra Leone are well taking care of in terms of Laws, traditions, justice, education, health, etc and by-pass the negativities completely; Sierra Leone will rise up and only God knows what. I truthfully believe that Sierra Leone has talented people with courage and right path, they are ready to develop the country. Therefore, we need to be aware of the hyprocrite ministers who do not have the country's good aims in mind unless their colonial masters who continue to see them as pice of dust. When are we going to realize that they days of being too kind and letting ourselves look hopeless is completely over, When...........?
