Johannesburg — ZIMBABWEAN President Robert Mugabe will, from today, put into operation his strategy to gain a working majority in parliament and form a new government, effectively sabotaging the stalled power-sharing talks with the main opposition.
The rollout of Mugabe's crafty but risky plan would heighten political tensions between his Zanu (PF) party and the opposition Movement for Democratic Change (MDC) faction led by Morgan Tsvangirai.
