Unless the unexpected happens, the signs are clear that Exchequers have all it takes to finish victors when they encounter Reformers in this weekend's IPMC hockey league at the Theodosia Oko pitch.
Arguably, Exchequers, who have found their rhythm in the competition, are expected to fly on the wings of their 6-0 triumph over Police, five days ago to keep their league title dream on course.
Young Emmanuel Morrison and Leslie Barnor will be expected to partner experienced players like Robert Aryee, Samuel Kwao, Alfred 'MC' Armah, in attack to do the kill.
Before the Exchequers- Reformers clash, coach Boakye Yiadom's CEPS will seek a second straight win when they take on Police after defeating Trustees 2-0 last Saturday.
Wounded Trustees are tipped to triumph over Real Ambassadors in one of the morning's games, while Golden Sticks face Marine Sticks in the first game of the day.
In the seniors league, Oko Nikoi-Dzanie's NDK Financiers will sort things out with Multistix whiles Veterans clash with Citizens.
The ladies category will see Real Ambassadors coming face to face with Reformers in a game likely to go for the latter tomorrow.
In the other ladies game, Police will take on Extinguishers in the second game of the day.
In last weekend's games, Extinguishers thrashed Real Ambassadors 12-0, while Police bowed 0-2 to CEPS. Multistix beat Citizens 3-0 in the seniors league. Trustees succumbed 0-2 to CEPS, while Marine Sticks defeated Real Ambassadors 4-0.
Golden Sticks went past Reformers 2-0.
