The MiDA CEO mentioned Messrs. John Serbe Marfo (Architect) and Andrew Kofi Kuundaari (Quantity Surveyor), as consultants engaged by MiDA to provide supervising services for efficient work by the contractor, with support by the District Assembly's technical team.
