The basketball league for Dar es Salaam secondary schools continued yesterday with matches played at two centres of Don Bosco and Zanaki Secondary School.
In the first match of the day Loyala girls whitewashed Ally Hassan Mwinyi by 54-6 points with half time score of 20-2 in favour of the eventual winners.
Shaaban Robert school were too good to Good Samaratan winning by hefty 38-5 points with half time lead of 10-5 points in another one sided clash.
Ally Hassan Mwinyi boys suffered another loss at the hands of Benjamin Mkapa Secondary School going down by 2-20 points.
Azania school boys breezed past Dar es Salaam Secondary School by 27-9 points with a comfortable 11-5 points half time lead
Results of matches played on Monday are as follows: Loyola boy beat Dar es Salaam by 26-13 (half time score 9-3); Jitegemee boys defeated Ally Hassan Mwinyi by 22-14points (half time 12-6).Jitegemee girls beat Shabani Robert by 25-15 points and Benjamin Mkapa crushed good Samaratan by 40-15.
