Kampala — PRESIDENT Yoweri Museveni yesterday received a special message from the Ethiopian Prime Minister, Meles Zenawi.
According to a press statement issued by State House, the message was delivered to the President at State House Entebbe by Dr. Takade Alemu, the Ethiopian State Minister for Foreign Affairs.
The statement that did not disclose the contents of the message also said President Museveni and the envoy later discussed issues of concern between the two countries.
