Kampala — INFORMATION and skills are vital to succeed in business, Enterprise Uganda's executive director, Charles Ocici, has said.
"You need character to take you to the top, but competence will help your business and you will stay on top. You also need to remain learning because information will empower you to improve your business," Ocici said.
He was closing a two -week training course for 29 women entrepreneurs at the Imperial Royale Hotel, in Kampala.
The entrepreneurs made more than sh1.5m in various businesses they operated during the training.
Okwir Karungi, Stella Arayo, Jane Nakato, Anita Shakira, Joy Kihuguru, Rebecca Agaba got certificates for being "the best among the best."
