Kampala — Privatisation state minister Rukia Chekamondo has urged boards of director to execute their duties professionally.
"Boards of directors should be role models in the decision-making processes," Chekamondo said while officiating at the inauguration of a new board of the Uganda National Bureau of Statistics in Kampala on Friday.
Dr. Zaake Muwanga was sworn in as chairman. Other members are Dr. David Kihangire, Dr. Jonathan Odwe, John Musinguzi, Robinah Ssempebwa and Maris Wanyela.
