Harare — THE three parties to the South African-brokered inter-party talks are confident that the dialogue process will end today with a conclusive political settlement paving the way for the formation of an all-inclusive Government.
Although all the parties said progress had been made, it is understood that President Mugabe had stressed to Morgan Tsvangirai and Arthur Mutambara that he would go ahead and form a new Government by the end of the week regardless of the way the talks turned out today.
