Africa: Donors Succumb to Pressure, Agree to Reform Aid

Accra — After three days of high-level and intense discussions, developed and developing countries have jointly agreed to take bold steps to reform the way aid is given and spent.

Their ministers responsible for promoting development and heads of multilateral institutions endorsed the Accra Agenda for Action.
