Sierra Leone: Quarry Worker Wins Africell's Le 100 Million

Freetown — A quarry worker Ibrahim Fofana Sunday emerged the seventeen winner in the ongoing Africell Le 2billion mega prize promotion.

Guest of honour Mohamed Rogers aka Manzu lauded Africell for its immense contributions towards the country's development.

"We have no doubt that Africell are the leaders in the communication field. They have demonstrated that by improving the lives of Sierra Leoneans," he said.

Africell's head of marketing Claudius Davies said they were the number one mobile network in the country, adding that they were determined to improve the lives of their subscribers.

He said by end of September they would have given away two billion leones to their valid subscribers.

Winner Ibrahim Fofana said he was surprised to have won such a huge amount from Africell adding that he would use the money judiciously.

"Africell has changed my life completely. I will continue to defend Africell anywhere I go," he said.
