Kickoff (Cape Town)

Former Ghana international Samuel Osei Kuffour has denied reports he has decided to retire from football at the age of 32.
It has been claimed the defender, who made his name with Bayern Munich, has decided to call time on his career after attempts to find a club run into difficulties this summer.
But Kuffour says there is no iota of truth in them.
"I have not spoken to anyone about retiring," he told KickOffGhana.com exclusively. "I am disappointed with the story that I have retired when no one has spoken to me."
The defender has been without a club since leaving Ajax at the end of the season. He has been linked with clubs in Russia and England but says he is taking his time to make a choice.
"I still have a lot of football left in me but I am not in a rush," he says. "I want to take my time, look around for the best offer but it is completely false that I have quit football.
"Having played at the highest level all these years I deserve a rest. I have received a lot of calls since the story broke and deep down I am disappointed because even my wife does not know that I have retired."
