Freetown — Following reports that tomorrow's match officials from Guinea Bissau have joined Baby Scorpions delegation and will all jet into Freetown today, Sierra Stars coordinator, Alhaji Unisa Alim Sesay aka Awoko has expressed his team's concerns.

"We received information that the match officials will arrive together with the Gambians which is very bad. We're not going to accept bad officiating tomorrow," Awoko said while speaking to Concord Sports on his team's level of preparedness.

The major task before Sierra Stars as they face their Gambian opponents, Baby Scorpions, tomorrow in the second leg tie of the 8th African U-17 Championship qualifiers, is to defeat their visitors.

Awoko said the players are ready to face the Gambians. "Our dream and aspiration is to beat the Gambians and qualify for the 2009 championship next year. I believe we are surely going to achieve our aim," he asserted.

Sierra Stars lost 1-4 away to the Scorpions in the first leg. A minimum of at least 3-0 victory over the Gambians and stopping them from scoring a goal can only see the Stars proceed to the next stage of the qualifiers.

Head Coach of the Gambia's U-17 team, Tarik Siagy, expressed optimism that his team will collect the maximum points in Freetown. "We are well prepared for the game, the team is intact and the players are well focused," he stated The Gambians will arrive with 18 players: Musa Camara, Omar Colley, Abdou Njie, Saihou Gassama, Baboucarr Jammeh, Pateh Nyang, Matarr Jobe, Lamin Samateh, Dawda Ceesay, Ebrima Bojang, Alasanna Camara, BABA Dumbuya, Babu Sama, Jatta Baldeh, Cherno Njie, Papa Saliff Badjie, Mbemba Fansu Simaka and Findi Buba Jammeh.
