South Africa: Govt to Lure Investors in Conservation Ahead of 2010

Pretoria — The Department of Environmental Affairs and Tourism (DEAT) is looking to use the 2010 FIFA World Cup to attract investors for the development of the Transfrontier Conservation Areas (TFCAs).

The department explained that the benefits from the hosting of the world's most-watched sporting tournament must be shared regionally.
