Cameroon: Customers Fault CamWater for Poor Treatment

"Madame, go away if you do not want to understand that every company has its rules," a receptionist in CAMWATER shouted at a customer who was complaining about her water meter.

"Those guys treat people like animals. You saw the way she was rude and treated me like a dog. They have been unable to solve my problem since March this year," Ruth Fru, the embittered CAMWATER client, told me.
