THE Uganda Wildlife Authority and Tourism Uganda are going to use a double-deck-stand concept for this years' World Travel Market International fair in November in London, to attract visitors to Uganda.

"In addition to showcasing the country's diverse attractions like the great apes, mountain gorillas, the big five and water based resources; the sector is out to enhance the stand with great art works," a Tourism Board newsletter indicated.

Also to be showcased is organic coffee and Uganda Waragi, produced by Uganda Breweries who will also sponsor the stand cocktail.

UWA would also hold a pre- event cocktail targeting specific wholesale tour operators and hotel chains that traditionally feature other African destinations, the newsletter said. The annual fair provides a unique opportunity for the whole global travel trade industry to meet, network, negotiate, conduct business and stay abreast with the latest developments in the industry.
