Ghana: Ghansu, Y. Kumey Give to Chief Imam

Premier supporters Group, Ghana National Supporters Union (GHANSU) and Estate Developers giants - Y. Kumey Company Limited, has presented two megaphones worth thousands of dollars to the National Chief Imam, Sheikh Nuhu Sharabutu at his residence at Fadaman, in Accra.

Presenting the items last Tuesday, the Chief Executive of Y. Kumey Investment Company Limited Mr. Yaw Kumey, and the president of GHANSU Mr. Abraham Boakye, said the gesture was to help the Muslim Community in their quest to preach peace to the World.

"We hope these items will go a long to encourage you in your pursuit for peace for our land, especially as the next general elections approaches," Mr Kumey said.

Mr. Boakye also congratulated the Imam for a successful 30-day fasting period which ended last Tuesday, saying "We congratulate you and the entire Muslim Community for seeking the face of Allah for peaceful elections, we all need peace to make headway in life."

They pledged to support the Muslim Community when the need arises.
