Luanda — The Head of State, José Eduardo dos Santos, Friday here announced that a reform process will be conducted in the Central and Local Public Administration.
According to the Statesman, who was speaking during swearing in ceremony of the new government, the reform will also target the sectors of Justice and Law, as well as in the country's system of Defence and Security, under the consolidation of Democratic and Lawful State and the building of a stable and safe country.
Regarding Culture and Sports, the President referred that they will be treated as essential sectors and factors of reinforcing the national identity and unity.
"Everything should be done for the implementation of the conclusions from the last National Culture Symposium, with view to encourage the creation, development of arts, culture and folklore", appealed the government official.
To the head of the Angolan President, in the sports field there is the need to update the legislation in force, training of technicians of various professions, spread sports practicing and structuring high-paying sports, in order to improve our performance at every international competition".
