Luanda — The Angolan senior males handball team of 1º de Agosto are the national champions, after beating Kabuscorp do Palanca by 27-18, last Thursday, for the second match of the play-offs, out of the three officially established, a game disputed in Luanda's Cidadela pavilion.
With this result, 1º de Agosto, who retain the title, avoid playing the third play-off match.
1º de Agosto won the first encounter, last Wednesday, by 22-16.
