It was a moment of excitement and merriment in the MTN Project Fame Academy as the entire academy talents as well as the Principal of the faculty Joke Sylva gathered round to celebrate the birthday of Brenda Johnson, one of the Xtracool talents in the academy. The merriment which came as a pleasant surprise to the birthday lady from Sierra-Leone was an evidence of the level of friendly inter relationship among the 15 talents in the academy.
Brenda is an easy going cool and talented Sierra Leonean lady born in Freetown and married with a daughter called Francesca. She acquired most of her education in Sierra-Leone and she is gets her music inspiration from international musical icons such as Anita Bakar and George Micheal. She reads a lot and likes to watch news and documentaries. During her spare time she likes to visit non-commercial beaches for relaxation and her favorite meal is Sushi, a special delicacy from Thailand.
Brenda has described her home country (Sierra Leone) as a country that has so much going on and she is excited about the near future. She likes to hang out and relax at Virgin Hills and Villages in Freetown because it is so peaceful and natural. Politically, Brenda shares the optimism that the economy of her country would improve and would get better with the present leadership. She spends a lot of time in the United Kingdom and United States of America and hangs out at the theatres in New York and London. She dislikes injustice, unfairness and intolerance. She loves to cook especially for others and cannot live outside Africa. She intends to develop her singing ability, fully while in the academy.
Her birthday celebration was an expression of the level at which the students have been able to create a friendly interaction and appreciation of one another which is part of the values of the Xtacool brand. Xtracool stars are sociable and friendly so are these breed of Xtracool stars in the making as they all danced and merry in the celebration of one of their own.

Brenda expressed her appreciation to the entire academy especially the principal of the academy and the Head of Music. "It is a memorable day for me and definitely the most memorable birthday celebration I ever had" she confessed passionately.
