OUR girl Lucille is back with a bang and boy did she get some 'love in the club' on Friday night.
She was given a rock star reception at Club La Dee Das, where hundreds of fans packed every available space inside and outside the club entrance, as they waited to catch a glimpse of Namibia's newest celebrity.
Wearing a sexy, patterned dress, Lucille looked gorgeous as she made her entrance.
Surrounded by the press, flashing light bulbs and awestruck squeals from all over, Lucille strutted her stuff as she was whisked off to the VIP area.
She had to have a bodyguard accompany her around the club as partygoers clamoured to get a piece of her.
Even Namibian Kwaito superstar Gazza popped by after his show with German hip-hop musician Cajus at Zoo Park.
BACK IN THE HOUSE Meanwhile, back at the Big Brother Africa house, TK was celebrating his birthday with the rest of the crew.
As usual, they were drinking like their lives depended on it.
Hazel got so drunk that she puked all over the place, passed out on the bathroom floor and had to be carried to bed after being cleaned up by Mimi.
I wonder if the stress of her and Thami's on-off, up-down relationship had to do with her drowning her sorrows.
Earlier in the day she confessed to Tawana that Thami giving her the cold shoulder was really upsetting.
She said that she wished they could still be close even if there was nothing between them - he wants more than she can give, it seems.
Morris, after winning an athletic water race, became the new HoH on Friday.
Glad he finally knocked TK off his perch, it just goes to show that in this game, fortunes can change in a split second.
I wonder what nominations will look like this evening.
You can never quite tell with these housemates but my guess is, after Morris caught Thami, Uti, TK, Sheila and Ricco dissing his scoring skills with Latoya, if one of them's nominated, I doubt he will show them any love.
STYLING On Saturday morning, most of the housemates slept off their hangovers before Biggie gave them their mini-task for the day.
They all got some pimpin' outfits and were told to prepare a fashion extravaganza, to take place just before their weekly DJ Waxy fix.
Sheila looked oh so sexy in a shorter than short pair of hotpants, gold wings and shades, Tawana turned up the heat in a red outfit, while Ricco went gangsta in a pair of baggy jeans and a hood.
TK must have been blown away, seeing his normally tomboyish girl in an outfit that screamed sexiness.
The two share a bed every night and spend most of their daytime draped over one another and snogging.
Who would have thought that these two would be BBA III's first official couple? I sure never had them pegged as a couple.
I can't wait until all the lovey-dovey mushiness is over and done with and they have their first big fight.
Would love to see how the more-than-laid-back rat reacts when the heat gets turned up.
