If all work and no play made Jack a dull boy, luck and partying perhaps made Daily Monitor's Joseph Olanyo a winner. On Friday, after a day's work, Olanyo honoured a Chamuka Media Evening bash invite to Club Pa Lui.
Most likely the invitation ender "Come have a blast" got him moving to the Ntinda based upmarket club and as a matter of fact, he got more than he had expected. And when it came to the final draw that was to see one person win an all-expenses-paid trip to watch the English Premiership, fingers were crossed as everyone handed in their business cards.
Crown Beverages Head of Marketing, Aggie Konde picked the lucky card and it was Joseph Olanyo's. He confessed being fairly well travelled but honoured to have a chance to watch his favourite team Arsenal live. Luck also spilled over to other revellers who won cash prizes among other items. When the drinking and snacking was done, guests took to the floor to make a point to one another on how well they could groove to the beat.
