Tunis — Tunis, September 3, 2008-Mr Hatem Ben Salem took charge as Minister of Education and Training, during a ceremony organized at the Ministry of Education in Tunis.
The Minister highlighted Tunisia's investment in human resources which are its prime wealth, a fact he said which should incite educators and trainers to exert further efforts in view of achieving the objectives of the presidential program, "For tomorrow's Tunisia".
He also expressed his pride for the trust placed in him by President Ben Ali stressing his commitment to implement the pioneering policies set up by the Head of State, in view of strengthening Tunisia's achievements in the sectors of education and training.
On his part, Mr Sadok Korbi expressed his consideration for the Head of State's trust in him, and reviewed the indicators which have enabled Tunisia's educational system to be a role model, both at the national and international levels.
