Tunis — President Zine El Abidine Ben Ali appointed on Thursday, Mr Abdelhafidh Harguem as Secretary of State to the Minister of Foreign Affairs, in charge of Maghrebi, Arab and African Affairs.
The news was announced by Mr Mohamed Ghannouchi, Prime Minister, following a meeting with the Head of State on Thursday.
