Luanda — The national senior taekwon-do teams of Angola, in both sexes, will this month of October hold a pre-competitive 15-day training in Spain, France and Portugal, foreseeing the Southern African tournament, set for November 07-09, in Luanda, ANGOP learnt this Wednesday from an official source.
According to the technical board of the Angolan Taekwon-do Federation, the two teams will comprise four athletes each, and the trip to Europe is set for next week.
The source neither revealed the names of the fighters of the teams nor the embarking date, but Coach Salomão Dumbo affirmed that in Spain and in France the selections will take part in the tournament, whilst in Portugal they will train with local teams.
The Confederation of Southern African Taekwon-do Associations (COSATA) games will be held at Cidadela pavilion.
