Kuito — The head of the culture department in the central Bié Province, António Buta, last Wednesday in Kuito City called on local businesspeople to invest more in the development of theatre in this region.

Speaking to ANGOP, António Buta said that Kuito City needs a lot of support from the local entrepreneurs in the theatre area, an art that contributes considerably to the entertainment of the citizens.

The culture department of Bie has under its control about 38 theatre groups in this province.
