Windhoek — The Angolan oil company "Petromar" will start, next December, to build a gas platform in block 2 in Ambriz locality, northern Bengo province, informed the firm's assistant director-general, António Bravo Neto.
Addressing ANGOP, in Windhoek, capital of Namibia, on the sidelines of the conference on recruiting Angolan finalist and pre-finalist students of the engineering field, held from October 07-09, the Angolan entity informed that the building of the platform was recommended by the "Total" multinational oil firm.
"We are preparing material and human conditions for the start of activities, scheduled for next December", underlined António Bravo Neto, who has been in the Namibian capital since last Monday, on a week-long working visit.
In addition to this activity, the company will also build two reservoirs of 60 cubic metres each, to keep gas of the future "Angola LNG" project, in Soyo district, northern Zaire province.
