East Africa: 20 Injured in Train Accident Between Djibouti And Ethiopia

Mogadishu — A train accident occurred between Ethiopia and Djibouti, on Sunday, sent several people with non life-threatening injuries, according survivors.

The accident occurred at highway between the two countries.

Officials are currently investigating the crash. At this time, no further details were available about the accident or injuries of those involved.

The train has transported camel from Diridhabe town in Ethiopia to Djibouti.

The victims were a people wanted to prevent to preserve the camel in the train.

The train has capsized for some unknown faults as well the injured victims were rushed to hospital in Djibouti.

It's the first time a train crush occurred there since 1991 as the train lays at the location it tipped over.
