Lagos — The Federal Government yesterday marked the World Sight Day, with the unveiling of a five-year Action Plan against blindness.
The World Sight Day is a day dedicated by the World Health Organisation to sensitise the public on the risks of blindness and mobilise for its prevention. The day holds on the second Thursday of October every year.
