Angola: Premier Congratulates DRC Counterpart

Luanda — The Angolan Prime Minister, Antonio Paulo Kassoma, Thursday here congratulated his Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) counterpart, Adolphe Muzito, for his appointment.

In a message delivered to the press, Paulo Kassoma said that he hopes the traditional ties of friendship will also be based on the strengthening of cooperation relations between the two neighbouring countries.

The Angolan Premier also referred that the friendship and solidarity ties, forged in the common interest of both peoples and Governments, will also be the basis for the deepening of cooperation relations in various fields.

He wished his DRC counterpart "many successes in the light of new challenges", at a time that the search for peace, stability and socio-economic development is a pressing and compulsory imperative.
