Bujumbura — The consultation on the creation of the mechanisms of transitional justice in Burundi will be carried out starting January 2009, reports Hirondelle Agency.
The mechanism covers some 4, 792 people representative of the Burundian population, which counts more than eight million people, according Mrs. Françoise Ngendahayo, representing the government within the tripartite steering committee.
