Luanda — The Angolan under 18 males national basketball team will face this Monday at 6 p.m, in Alexandria City, their Kenyan counterparts for the postponed first round match of the African championship in this category, for group B, happening from 16 to 26 October, in Egypt.
The match was scheduled for last Friday, but it was not held due to the Kenyan side late arrival at the competition site.
In the debut match, on Saturday, Angola national team beat the Democratic Republic of Congo by 67-42. On Sunday, for the third round match Angola squad lost against Ivory Coast.
Group B comprises Ivory Coast, Democratic Republic of Congo, Nigeria, Kenya and Angola.
Group A comprises Egypt, Morocco, Mali, Mozambique, Senegal and Central African Republic.
Nigeria are the title holders.
