Luanda — Angolan minister of Culture, Rosa Cruz e Silva, arrived Monday in Alger, People Democratic Republic of Algeria where she will participate from Tuesday in the II session of African Culture Ministers Conference.
According to a press communiqué issued by the Angolan embassy to the North African country, the delegation will be comprised by the Angolan ambassador to Algeria, Hermínio Escórcio, counselling minister João António and press attaché Manuel António.
During the meeting it is scheduled the analysis of the key tools of the cultural policy and the discussion of the documents of the strategy of African Charter and Dakar Action Plan, for the industrial industries as well as the interlinking and the complement between the exercise of culture and education in the African continent.
