Luanda — The President of the Republic of Cape Verde, Pedro Pires, this Tuesday congratulated the prime minister of Angola, Paulo Kassoma, for his recently nomination.

In a congratulation message delivered to ANGOP this Tuesday, the Cape Verdean President expressed his trust in the work to be carried out by Paulo Kassoma.

"The already excellent relations of fraternity, unequivocal solidarity and of cooperation between the two countries and peoples, shall be reinforced under the common effort in favour of development", reads the document.

President Pedro Pires expressed confidence that the Cape Verdean community residing in Angola continue receiving the usual attention and generosity of the Angolan government.
