Luanda — The director of Urban Planning and Management Institute of Luanda (IPGUL), Hélder José, said Tuesday that the real estate activity is developing diversified projects associated with modernity.
According to the press release issued by the provincial Luanda government, Hélder José made these statements in Portugal where he is attending the Lisbon's International Real Estate Fair, at the invitation of this institution.
To the IPGUL director, the real estate sector has been tracking a way of quality, associated with modernity, defence of environment, recovery and preservation of property.
Luanda will be represented by "Propricasa, Proimoveis, Odebrecht, P&W real estate and Apima companies, that will present the most recent projects developed in the Angolan capital.
Scheduled to close on 26 October, the 11th edition will be inaugurated on Wednesday (22 October).
