Luanda — Angolan President, José Eduardo dos Santos, using the privilege granted to him by the Constitutional Law, on Tuesday nominated Albino Malungo to the post of governor of central Huambo province.
According to a communiqué of the Services of Assistance to the President of the Republic, the Statesman also dismissed Albino Malungo from the position of extraordinary and plenipotentiary ambassador of Angola to Japan.
President Eduardo dos Santos also sacked the deputy governors of the north-east Lunda Norte province, João Manina Cauica and Jorge Katala.
Meanwhile, in other decrees and using the same privileges, the Head of State appointed Moisés Chingongo and Maria da Conceição Ualianga Cazuazua, to the posts of deputy governors of Lunda Norte province.
