Luanda — Angolan producer Simone Mancini will release at the end of this month his first gospel music album entitled "O Poder do Alto" (The Power from Above).
With 10 tracks, "O Poder do Alto" counted on the participation of Angolan singers like Africanita, Dodó Miranda, Puto Prata, Totó, Edmázia and the Cândido brothers, Walter and Nicol Ananás.
In an interview to ANGOP, Simone Mancini explained that he intends to give a new dynamic to this music style in Angola with this work, bearing in mind the quality that gospel singers give to this genre.
The musician intends to publish 40,000 copies at the first phase to be distributed all over the country.
Recorded at an Angolan studio and mastered in Paris (France), the songs were sang in Kimbundu, Portuguese and English.
