Luanda — Luanda province governor, Francisca do Espírito Santos, donated on Wednesday vehicles to the National Traffic Police and to the Provincial Transport Department.
The means of transport handed over formally to Luanda provincial police commander, commissioner Joaquim Vieira Ribeiro, includes 14 tow cars, seven motorcycles and six vehicles for the transportation of staff of the traffic police.
The Provincial Transport Department received also three vehicles from Governor Francisca do Espírito Santos.
To the governor, those transport means will help in the development of work in the sector.
The donation aims at reinforcing traffic police with sophisticated means to remove vehicles badly parked in the city of Luanda, a situation that has been creating many constraints lately.
