Sumbe — The director for the finance department of the coastal Kwanza Sul Province, José Viegas de Melo, said last Wednesday in Sumbe District that the end of the year bonus salary of the civil service will start to be paid in November, according to the

workers payment processing and allocation new system, in force since October.

José Viegas de Melo gave this information while he was explaining about the salary processing new system for the civil service, highlighting that this plan will first be implemented in the provinces of Luanda, Benguela, Kwanza Sul, Bengo and Kwanza Norte.

According to the official, in the framework of the new guidelines of the Finance Ministry, the end of the year bonus salary has to be paid in the first fortnight of November, while the salary for the same month will be processed in the second fortnight of November, and December's salary will be paid in the first week of the same month.

For this effect, José Veiga de Melo appealed for more commitment of the public managers and all actors that are part of the financing sector of the province to fulfil the deadlines established in this process, aimed at its success.
