Angola: Conference On Citizenship, Human Rights Happens in November

Caxito — A conference on "Citizenship, Democracy, Social Justice and Human Rights" will take place in November 04, Caxito City, northern Bengo Province, aimed at promoting debate and exchange of ideas in Angolan society.

Promoted by the Eduardo dos Santos Foundation (FESA), the event aims at seeking better ways to follow to find solutions to the main problems affecting the Angolan society.

The event aims also at contributing to a new social conscience, so that the consolidation of democracy and citizenship is secured permanently, focusing on integrated actions in partnership with the institutions.

The conference will count on the participation of Bengo Province MPs, members of local government, religious entities, local companies, representatives of the banking sector, civil society, and university lecturers, among others.
