Cape Town — Initiatives to support and train the country's youth were necessary to lift them out of the cycle of poverty and hopelessness, the Democratic Alliance (DA) said yesterday.
Proposals to deal with widespread youth unemployment formed part of the DA's social policy proposals, one of a series on a range of topics that the party will be offering to voters during next year's election.
