Kampala — POLITICIANS are like vultures," many people have said. It is evident in the ongoing scramble for the Kyadondo North Constituency seat. It fell vacant when MP Kibirige Ssebunya died three weeks ago.

Even before his death, several politicians were eyeing the seat. It is barely two weeks since he was buried, but the scramble has gained momentum. Some candidates have bought houses in Kyadondo.
