Luanda — Angolan deputy minister of Education, Narciso Benedito, Thursday in Luanda, defended the continued training of personnel, aiming at improved quality in the management of the new medium institutes.
The deputy minister said so at the end of the upgrading seminar for Managers of New Medium Institutes that started Tuesday.
