Uganda: Red Eagles Visit Ssimbwa's Simba

Kampala — Simba SC coach Sam Ssimbwa has promised to make life difficult for Express FC when the two sides clash in a Super League encounter this evening.

Ssimbwa helped Express FC survive relegation and guided them to a Kakungulu Cup title last year but will be on the opposing side in a game Simba need to win to stretch their table leadership. "I no longer have any attachments to Express and do not feel any thing for them anymore. They never gave me my bonus for all the great work I did for them and that meeting with them will be more of a payback date than a football fixture," said Ssimbwa.

With Simba's current form and today's home ground advantage, there is little hope the Red Eagles can leave Bombo with maximum points. "It's a very crucial fixture that can be compared to a final. We do not want to lose it and my players are aware of that," said Ssimbwa who will be banking on goal machine Godfrey Wakaza with six league goals to his account.

Express will be building their attack on upcoming striker Daniel Sserunkuma. Elsewhere, SC Villa will be seeking revenge against hosts Boroboro in Lira. Boroboro shocked Villa 1-0 last season.
