Kampala — AN Assistant Chief in Teso District in Kenya who survived death by the skin of his teeth on Friday when he was struck by lighting is now linking the incident to his political enemies.
Mr Pius Barasa Bwinga of Akobwait in Changara said it was the third time "some enemies" had sent juju to end his life.
"My children have completed secondary education, the reason why they want to terminate my life," he said.
Bwinga was taken to Malakisi Health Centre by a relative, who found him lying unconscious on the roadside.
