Kampala — SAM Ssimbwa engineered yet another remarkable and emotional victory at the Bombo barracks yesterday after Simba condemned his former club Express FC to a comprehensive 3-0 league defeat.
A brace from Ibrahim Jingo and a well-taken effort from Godfrey Wakaza ensured the army side preserved their top-of-the-table status into their 12th league outing.
In the other matches, Sam Mubiru's 80th minute penalty helped KCC FC keep leaders Simba in sight with a 2-1 win over Kakira.
Robert Ssentongo had given the league champions the lead before Ibrahim Kisengere equalized.
Caesar Okhuti and Bruno Olobbo both notched hat-tricks as Bunamwaya and Police registered wins respectively. Chrisestom Ntambi scored for SC Villa.
