Nigeria coach Shuaibu Amodu has insisted that he will not focus on Tunisia to the exclusion of Kenya and Mozambique as he seeks to lead the Super Eagles to qualification for the 2010 World Cup in South Africa.
The North Africans have been marked down as Nigeria's main rivals for the World Cup ticket but Amodu, who masterminded Nigeria qualification for the 2002 World Cup when all looked lost, says he will accord all three teams equal respect.
"People talk about Tunisia as our major rivals, but beating Tunisia home and away will not be enough if we don't do well in the other games," Amodu said.
"All games are important to us. It is important that we set a target of winning all our matches home and away and we cannot underrate any team.
"There are no small teams in Africa. We have to play Kenya and Mozambique the same way we play Tunisia if we want to go to the World Cup."
The Nigeria coach is expected to leave this week for his attachment programme with the coaches of three English Premier League clubs including Manchester United and Chelsea.
