Angola: Petro De Luanda Closes Season With Thrash Over Benfica

Luanda — With three goals by the championship's best scorer, Santana, Petro de Luanda (2008 winner) closed the season with a 4-0 thrash on Benfica de Luanda, in the 26th and last round match of the competition, played in Luanda's Coqueiros Stadium, totalling

58 points, against 49 of second placed, 1º de Agosto.

Mabiná opened the score, while Santana hit the opponent's goal three times.

With the "hat-trick", Santana, with 20 goals, comes ahead of 1º de Agosto's Love Kabungula who failed to score in the 3-2 win over Petro do Huambo, and of Brazilian Reginaldo of CR Libolo, with 15 goals.
