Luanda — The National Assembly will hold on 7 November an ordinary plenary session, whose agenda includes the official presentation, by the government, of its programme and budget for 2009.
The session will be marked by speeches from government officials and the whips of each parliamentary bench, who will make political statements related to the contents of the two documents.
After the presentation, a plenary meeting will debate the mentioned documents in their general terms.
According to the chairperson of the Economic and Finance Commission of the National Assembly, Diógenes de Oliveira, after that the documents will be examined by speciality committees of the National Assembly.
According to the MP, the State Budget and the National Plan for 2009 will be voted during the second week of December.
